Our founder’s son Mr. Sanjay Saini joined the leadership team of Maxwell and soon became a force to reckon with. His commitment, hard work and expertise have collectively made Maxwell one of the largest importer and dealer in Synthetic Rubbers, Rubber Chemicals & Plastic Raw Materials in India.

His comprehensive experience in the manufacturing sector coupled with the ability of being technically sound has enabled Maxwell set new standards in excellence year on year.
A pro in Business Development and Supply Chain Management, Gaurav Maanek has been responsible for Maxwell’s exponential growth in many ways. He has been instrumental in keeping the client’s expectations high and exceeding them from time to time. His ability to understand client requirements better and come up with an optimal business solution has collectively enabled Maxwell tap new clients and constantly improved offerings for existing ones.
A Chemical Engineer & MBA by academics and an able leader by DNA, Pratik Relan is the go-to man when it comes to Business Planning, Import Purchase, Sales, Admin, Supply Chain Management and Finance. Known for his hard work, dedication, unconventional thinking and practical approach, Pratik has been partnering the company for the past few years and has been instrumental in steering Maxwell Polymers ahead with new-age brilliance.
The youngest leader of the lot, Pranav Saini is gearing up for bigger challenges in the company. Currently he is responsible for Sales and Digital Marketing and is managing the show with focus and creative brilliance.
